These Terms govern your use of KAVOX (the "Service"), operated by KAVOX ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

KAVOX helps you create, tailor, and export CVs and related career documents using AI-assisted tools. Free and paid tiers (Pro, Royal, Elite) offer different feature sets and usage limits, as described on our Pricing page.

2. Your Account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use KAVOX.

3. Content You Provide

You retain ownership of the CV content, work history, and other information you submit. You grant KAVOX a limited license to process that content solely to generate, store, and export your documents.

You're responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. KAVOX's AI features are designed not to fabricate achievements, but you should review every generated document before using it.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid tiers are billed as described at checkout (one-time or recurring, depending on the plan). You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

5. Acceptable Use

Don't use KAVOX to submit false credentials or fabricate qualifications you don't hold.
Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or its infrastructure.
Don't use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

7. Disclaimer

KAVOX is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that using the Service will result in job offers or interviews. AI-generated content may contain errors — always review your documents before sending them.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
