- Usage data: pages visited, features used, and basic technical data (browser, device type) to keep the Service reliable.

- To generate, save, and let you export your CVs and related documents.
- To provide account access and remember your saved versions.
- To process payments for paid tiers, via our payment processor.
- To improve the Service and fix issues.
3. What We Don't Do
We don't sell your personal information or your CV content to third parties. We don't use your CV content to train AI models beyond what's needed to generate your own documents.
4. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party providers to operate KAVOX, including hosting (Vercel), our database (Supabase), and AI providers used to generate CV content. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
5. Data Retention
We keep your account and saved CVs for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
6. Your Choices
- You can update or delete your saved CVs from your account.
- You can request a copy of your data or full account deletion by emailing us.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures (encrypted connections, access controls, and row-level security on our database) to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
